Terms of Use – DioskureN-Network (SoloWorld 1.12)

Welcome to DioskureN-Network and our WoW server SoloWorld 1.12. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Code of Conduct

  • Treat all players and staff with respect.

  • Offensive names, language, or content are prohibited.

  • Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using bots is forbidden.

  • PvP and gameplay interactions are part of the game; intentional griefing or safespotting is not allowed.

  • Forum posts must be respectful and in English. Staff may edit or remove posts at their discretion.

2. Account Security

  • Keep your account information private.

  • Use a strong, unique password.

  • Account sharing or trading is prohibited (exception: guild banks under level 5).

  • DioskureN-Network cannot recover lost passwords or hacked accounts.

3. Character, Item & Currency Restoration

  • Lost characters or items are generally not guaranteed to be restored.

  • Epic raid items and unique quest items may be restored with valid proof.

  • False claims result in immediate account closure.

4. Real Money Trading (RMT)

  • Trading accounts, items, or gold for real money is strictly prohibited.

  • Violations may lead to permanent account closure.

5. Multiboxing

  • Playing multiple characters simultaneously is not allowed, except for two characters in non-PvP cities with an Auction House.

6. Staff Interaction & Support

  • Be respectful to staff in-game and on the forums.

  • Misuse of support systems or attempts to bribe staff will lead to sanctions.

  • Use the ticket system or forum support for assistance. Follow instructions carefully to ensure your issue is processed.

7. Sanctions

Sanctions depend on severity:

  • Warning: Minor offenses (spam, AFK in BGs, disrespect).

  • Temporary Ban / Mute: 3 hours – 30 days for repeated or serious violations (scamming, bug abuse, PvP griefing).

  • Permanent Ban: Hacking, botting, RMT, staff impersonation, severe exploits, or repeated serious violations.

DioskureN-Network reserves the right to escalate sanctions or terminate accounts at any time without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
